These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this arrangement in order to protect each other and set expectations regarding our service.

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock accounts on our website, but from time to time there may be an inventory gap and we will not be able to process all of your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will provide you with the available products and contact you to see if you would prefer to wait for the restocking of the out-of-stock item or if you would prefer for us to issue a refund.


2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated during payment according to the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with purchase.

This price will be the final price of the shipping costs for the customer.


3. Returns

3.1 Return due to change of mind

YAO WEAR will gladly accept returns due to change of mind as long as a return request is received by us within 30 days of receipt of the item and returned to us in its original, unused and unused packaging. in resalable condition.

Customers will need to prepay the return shipping cost, but we will refund you if a warranty claim is successful.

Upon receipt of the items for warranty claim, you can expect YAO WEAR to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once the warranty claim has been confirmed, you will have the choice between:

(b) a store credit refund

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)


4. Terms of delivery

4.1 Transit times at national level

Usually domestic shipments are in transit for 2-7 days


4.2 International transit time

Typically, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4-22 days. This varies greatly depending on the carrier you have selected. We are able to give you a more accurate estimate when choosing your courier at checkout.

Orders placed before the time here will be dispatched the same day, otherwise the next business day.
